We are a family-owned business and we buy houses together!

My name is Nick Devine, the founder of The Property Warehouse and I have a serious passion for Real Estate. After I graduated from American International College in Springfield, MA in 2011, I went back and received my MBA degree in Business Administration in 2013 because I always envisioned starting a business in my life. During grad school I worked for a roofing company from 6am- 2pm, I served as a graduate assistant for my college’s baseball team from 3-5pm and I had classes were 6pm-9pm. I understand the value in hard work and the importance of bringing value to people is how businesses thrive. I want you to feel like family more than just a transaction of real estate.
